Meet The Team


Dr. Greg Rupp

DVM Veterinarian

Dr. Rupp graduated from Ohio State University in 1999. From there he completed a one-year internship in Avian and Exotic Medicine and Surgery at Ohio State University. Dr. Rupp has been practicing in South Florida since 2000 and treats all exotic animals except primates and fish. Dr. Rupp and Pam opened Animal House Veterinary Hospital in February of 2015.



Dr. Rupp's family consists of his wife, Dr. Tacy Rupp, DVM, MS, Diplomate ACVIM (Veterinary Cardiology) who also practices in South Florida, and their son Colin. Some of Dr. Rupp's interests outside of work include computers, bike riding, and any outdoor activity with the family.

A Maltese named Huffle Puff, a Boxer named Tiffany, and two Chihuahua named Bella and Beans. Five cats named Kenau, Ozzie, Alexander, Cooter, and Timothy.



Pamela Gonzalez

Practice Manager & Technician

Pam was born in New Jersey and grew up in South Florida. She graduated from Broward College with a degree in Business Administration. Pam has been in the Veterinary field since 2000 and has gained an extraordinary amount of hands-on experience over the years.  Pam and Dr. Rupp opened Animal House Veterinary Hospital in February of 2015.


Pam loves rescuing stray animals (cats, dogs, exotics and etc.) and finding good and loving homes for them.

A Cavalier King Charles named Cheddar, a Schnauzer named Sherman, 2 Dachshund named Meela and Twinkie, six cats named Mustache, Tommy, Juan Pablo, Rachet, Gimp, and Tiffany, and a Conure named Skeeter.


Camila

Veterinary Technician

Camila was born in Colombia and moved to Miami when she was little. She graduated from FIU with her Bachelor's Degree in Biology in May 2022, and plans to become a Veterinarian in the future. Camila has been a part of the Animal House Veterinary Hospital since November of 2019. 

 

During her free time, Camila enjoys going to the beach and being outdoors. She loves to travel and try new foods. She is very passionate about animals and enjoys learning and working with them.

Michelle

Kennel / Technician Assistant

Michelle was born and raised in Miami inside of a Cuban/Colombian household. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, with hopes of being a Veterinarian in the future. Michelle has been a part of the Animal House Veterinary Hospital since October of 2022.


During her free time, Michelle loves to read novels and research true crime cases. Ideally, she wants to work directly with Forensic Veterinary Medicine.

Kayla

Kennel / Technician Assistant

Kayla was born and raised in Hollywood Fl.  She is currently in school getting a high school diploma while taking a veterinary assistant class. Kayla has a goal of becoming a veterinarian one day.  Kayla has been a part of the Animal House Veterinary Hospital family since October of 2022.

 

During her free time she likes to go to the gym, hang with friends, go to the beach and on nature walks.

Javier

Kennel / Technician Assistant

Javier was born and raised in Plantation, Florida. He is currently attending Barry University, but hopes to transfer to University of Florida to complete his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. He wants to become a veterinarian because he loves animals and wants to care for them any way he can. He has been part of Animal House Veterinary Hospital family since 2020.

 

During his free time, Javier likes to play video games or watch movies; he also likes to hang out with his friends, and do outdoor activities, like camping.

Alejandra

Finance Manager / Receptionist

Alejandra grew up in Chile and lived in NY up until 1986. She moved to South Florida with her two kids, Ray and Pam. Alejandra worked with computers for 25 years for Beckman Coulter and retired to spend time with her husband John and her pets. After 7 years of retirement life, she decided to go back to work. She has been a part of the Animal House Veterinary Hospital family since October of 2022.

 

In her free time, she enjoys reading, listening to classic and country music, and traveling to visit the family.

Pam and Alejandra are mother & daughter, she lovingly let Pam bring her rescue pets home.
